Laundry Carts are Missing, Can you HELP?

During the past two months we have lost two of the laundry carts.  This is a very unfortunate situation as each of these has a replacement cost of about $175.00.  During the previous four years we lost only one.  Now within two months, we have lost two.

It is very unfortunate because austerity prevents us from replacing these. 

PLEASE, if you see one of our carts in the local area, bring it back.  If you see someone leaving with a cart, call us and we will deal with it.

This is everyone’s Laundry Facility so please help us to keep it convenient for everyone.

Thanks for understanding, help is on the way!

We have suddenly had a rash of troubled wash machines.  Today, four of the machines are “out-of-order”.  Well, help is on the way!!  The repair guy from Speed Queen will be there this Friday the 30th.  We should have everything back in proper running order at that time.

Is your Laundry Missing?

Infrequently we receive a call from one of our patrons who has lost some or all of their laundry.  Believe it or not, it does happen!

 Usually one of two situations has occurred:

 1)                 When we find laundry that has been left in one of the machines, we remove it and place it in a secured area.  Most of the time the owner will call and we make arrangements to return it to them.  This is the good scenario.

 2)                 Once in a great while someone will call to inquire if we have retrieved their laundry only to discover that we never saw it.

 It can be very expensive and inconvenient when your laundry disappears.  Please stay with your laundry.  Do not go and run errands leaving your laundry for others.
